There's new shop selling kids' toys and interior deco accessories at 4th floor, Ngee Ann Tower A.
What caught my attention is the seven puppets on display.. they are so exquisite and beautiful that i nearly want to get one for myself. i even had the impulse to cut off all the strings and set them free!!!
