Friday Shoot-out: Garden

(journal from a happy fish)
Hi, do you know there are gardens in the sea too?
Today I will bring you to my garden. I stay in the crystal clear water around Pulau Perhentian, Malaysia which is rich with nature wonders beneath the sea horizon. My home is where the garden is. Usually I swim around to enjoy the beauty of my hometown seascapes and socalize with my neighbours such as jellyfish, baby sharks, turtles, stingrays and sea urchins. I enjoy being with my fellow fish. Though we are from different spesies and family, we click very well!
There are many lovely flowers here which you cannot find on the dry land. I love the interplay of the light and shadow (of the waters) on the garden and my body!! It makes me like a superstar on the stage!
I love love love everything about my garden but the unsightly plastic bags left by the humans. ;( My dear turtle friends have suffered a great deal from having mistaken it as jellyfish and dying from eating it...I was very flattered when Owl Eng told me that we are like butterflies gracefully hovering over the garden ;).
Sometimes I have mixed feelings. I would like to recommend other human friends to come visit my garden. But meanwhile I am worried that with more human's visits, more of us are endangered!!! I know I am so protective towards my garden to the extent that I want to keep it to us only, without any interruption or destructive activities from mankinds...However I am very grateful to those people who have made effort to protect us and want to help rebuild our gardens. That means they still care about us ;).
That's all for the tour. Hope you have known better about my garden and enjoyed the tour. Bye...

"I'd like to be under the sea..."

Darn it. That was my first thought and J9 beat me to it. The early bird catches the phrase.

First of all, welcome to our Friday shoot out. Reggie Girl and I started this several months ago and it has really grown. I must say, this is a most refreshing post.

You must be a diver. Please keep those places safe. They are so beautiful and must be preserved.

Wonderful underwater photos!

I hit the follow button so I will know where to find you nest week.
