I hate being stalked by the negative thoughts.
But it is absolutely impossible to stop them from following me...
The more I ignore them, the more eager they become to pester me.
I think the efficient way is face them, talk to them and understand why they want to stalk me. Hopefully I could keep them at bay soon.

I think the one I feel most bad for is that poor dog, always under the dark clouds. :) What a great drawing. And you are absolutely right. Face those negative thoughts and hopefully they will POOF away.
